IPEC Certification Bureau

Prof. Dr. Grandmaster Chan Fa Deng, who is the Founder and President of Federation International of Grandmaster Association (FIOGA) , initiated the collaboration between FIOGA and IPEC Bureau which began in 2015 and focused strongly on efforts to set new direction in the world of martial arts. The collaboration will empower those who will inherit their martial art legacy and to give the highest standard of recognition by facilitate a path of certification deemed worthy of being called ‘grandmaster’.

He began practicing Martial Art since the age of 9 and was the grand student of the famous Grandmaster Ip Man. His determination and dedication towards martial arts led him to numerous of awards, certificate of honour, Hall of Fame, National Order of Highest Honor by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, and the National Decree from YB Datuk Seri Panglima Wilfred Madius Tangau, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI).
